Health Products, Inc. Returns & Refunds There is a re-stocking charge of 20% of retail on all returned items. All shipping fees, as well as books are never refunded. We do not ever accept opened product for return or refund. Returns will be accepted without question within the first 30 days following the initial order date only. Please call for an RMA number - this will allow us to accept the package when it is returned. Under all circumstances returned product must be in unopened, re-sellable condition. Orders Shipped Internationally When we ship an order outside of the U.S.A, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any and all brokerage fees, taxes, duty and courier fees. If a product is detained by Customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues with Customs to retrieve the product. We ask that you please do the research pertaining to that destination country prior to placing your order. Merazon Health Products will not refund International orders once they leave our facility for any of the above reasons.
